Border Police provided lifesaving medical treatment to a Palestinian man in his 20's who lost consciousness and stopped breathing in a house near the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hevron.
After the man's condition stabilized, he was transferred to hospital by the Red Crescent who were summoned to the scene.
