The Histadrut Labor Federation, the management of Quality Airport Services Israel and the company's workers' committee have signed the first collective bargaining agreement at the company, which manages the VIP lounges and JOE Coffee shops at Ben Gurion Airport.

The company's 700 employees are expected to benefit, among other things, from a salary increase of up to 20 percent from a study fund, an increased supplement for the night shift and a welfare budget to be transferred to the committee's coffers.
