A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of performing an indecent act in public in Petah Tikva.
The man was arrested after a 15-year-old girl complained that a man accosted her and while he was sitting in a car performed an indecent act in front of her.
Police are investigating other possible cases. The suspect will be brought to court tomorrow.
