Suspected Boko Haram suicide terrorists killed at least 15 people and injured 47 in a terror attack on a market in the country's northeastern state of Borno, officials reported Saturday.
According to a community leader, the attack occurred while aid workers were distributing food.
Nigeria has been battling the Boko Haram terror group for eight years.
