A number of opposition MKs are fuming over the intention of MK David Amsalem (Likud) to discuss the second and third readings of the Recommendation Law on Thursday in the House Committee which he heads.
MKs Tamar Zandberg, Dov Henin, Yael German, Mickey Rosenthal, Yael Cohen-Paran, Zuhair Bahlul and Leah Fadida asked the Knesset Speaker and legal advisor to stop the "lightning legal procedure", claiming that the matter required a "reasonable debate and deep consideration" before the second and third readings of the law.
