The Jerusalem Municipality and the Urban Renewal Authority have signed the first building permit for an evacuation-construction project in the capital.
The project is located in the Kiryat Moshe neighborhood between Herzl Boulevard and the streets of Kiryat Moshe and Haim Pik. The project includes two 24-story towers of each, comprising 230 new housing units, which are slated to be built in place of six existing buildings which will be demolished.
