Israeli police received a report of a youth suffering head injuries during a brawl which broke out between 2 pupils during a school trip to the Eilat mountains.
The youth who was hit by a stone in the head is semi-conscious and a helicopter was sent to evacuate him as is customary with head injuries.
The Eilat rescue unit climbed to the top of the mountain and assisted the evacuation of the youth. Police detectives and youth investigators arrived at the site and detained a youth on suspicion of performing the violent act.
