The Goldin family responded to the state's response to their latest Supreme Court petition, stating that the state's response "reveals to all the negligence and lack of action on the part of the government to return the soldiers being held by the Hamas in Gaza."
The family stated that the government had reported that it is still allowing humanitarian entry to Israel of Hamas members and their families despite this being in direct contrast to a cabinet decision.
The family concluded that "the prime minister and cabinet ministers should be ashamed at their fecklessness in implementing decisions which they themselves took."
