After weeks of negotiations, the Beersheva Labor court rejected a request by the Histadrut to prevent the sacking of the Negev Ceramics factory in Yeruham.
In the wake of the decision the factory is expected to send letters of dismissal to 140 workers. The workers committee said that they intend to appeal the court's decision.
