A deputy company commander in the Givati Brigade has been reprimanded and a platoon commander has been suspended, following a shooting incident three weeks ago near Binyamin Region Jewish community of Neve Tzuf (Halamish), in which a Palestinian Authority resident was killed and his sister was wounded.
