The Srugim site reports that once again the Ministerial Legislative Committee did not approve the bill cancelling the Disengagement Law in northern Samaria, which has been slated to pass the committee for the past month. The bill was removed from the roster once again because of a veto placed by Prime Minister Netanyahu on its submission.

The bill calls to cancel the Disengagement Law and allow free movement for Jews in the areas where Jews were expelled- Homesh, Sa-Nur, Ganim and Kadim.
