Central Command Chief of Operations Brigadier-General Ofer Winter announced Thursday to associates that if he is not appointed as a divisional commander as previously promised he will be leaving the IDF next summer, according to a Channel 2 report.
Winter complained that "religious officers have no way to advance to senior ranks of the IDF."
