22-year-old Dvir Feine of Arad is the youth killed in the rappelling accident in Mitzpe Ramon. Feine is the son of Rabbi Yehoshua Feine, the head of the Arad girls school.
Dvir's friend, a rappelling supervisor, was detained for interrogation on suspicion of negligence.
