Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said at the start of the Likud faction meeting, "I decided with the finance minister to allocate 200 million shekels for bypass roads in Judea and Samaria."
Funding for bypass roads and other security components has been the subject of a protest encampment opposite the Prime Minister's Residence and a hunger strike by local leaders from Judea and Samaria.
