The legal clinics of the Sha'arei Mada Umishpat academic college today petitioned the Supreme Court on behalf of the family of the soldier Hadar Goldin to demand that the government not return the bodies of Hamas members and act to implement the Cabinet's decisions.

The main arguments in the petition are why the government does not act in accordance with the Cabinet's decisions, in addition to why the government does not take a harsh hand against the conditions of incarceration of Hamas prisoners, and a significant reduction in visits by prisoners from their families and the variety of entries for "humanitarian needs" of residents of the Gaza Strip to Israel.
