The Central District Attorney's Office filed an indictment with the Central District Court against Muhammad Safaran, 40, from Ramallah, who planned to carry out a terror attack.
According to the indictment, Safran planned to run over soldiers waiting at a bus stop outside an IDF base in the central region.
