A serious indictment has been filed against three Arab terrorists, aged 17-19, from the Samarian Palestinian Authority village of Beit Daku, near Bidu, who were seen placing an explosive charge on the route of the security fence in the A-Tira area of the Jerusalem envelope area last Monday.
