Spain: A-G asks for arrest warrant for Catalonia leader

The Spanish Attorney-General has asked the country's supreme court to issue a European arrest warrant against ousted Catalonian leader Carles Puigdemont  who fled to Belgium and did not appear for a hearing he was summoned to.
