The Science and Technology committee held a hearing Tuesday on "training and locating professional member for cyber activity in the state of Israel."

During the discussion the committee was presented with various programs for training personnel in cyberwarfare in high schools, the IDF, academia and in civilian courses.

The Labor and Social Affairs ministry said that it had developed special programs for the haredi community with preparatory courses providing extra study of relevant disciplines. The ministry said it has funds for 1500 trainees and will open 3 course in Bnei Brak, Petah Tikva and Haifa.
