Arutz Sheva has learned that Israel will assist Australia in developing security and means to cope with terror attacks.
As part of Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull's visit to Israel, he will tell Australian media tomorrow about a new initiative to conduct exchanges of local security forces, police, first responders and emergency authorities in order to promote an Australian national strategy for the protection of crowded places from terrorist attacks.
The Australian forces will learn from the Israeli experience in thwarting, preventing, responding and recovering from terrorist attacks. Approving the initiative, Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan said, "Today there is a historic opportunity to form a new coalition against terrorism, which will include Israel, the United States, Australia, Europe and other countries."
