Following the destruction of a terror tunnel originating in the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis, part of the Gaza perimeter has been declared a closed military zone, according to Channel 2 Television.
The station said area residents have not been given specific instructions against the backdrop of tension about Hamas or Islamic Jihad trying to respond.
