Member of Knesset Mickey Zohar (Likud) has introduced a bill that would keep donors who are deemed anti-Semitic, inciting, or hostile to Israel from being allowed to contribute to organizations in Israel. For example, donations from a donor like Jewish Hungarian-American tycoon George Soros, who contributes to anti-Israeli organizations such as Adalah, B'Tselem, Breaking the Silence, Ir Amim, MachsomWatch, Yesh Din and the New Israel Fund, will be considered as fitting those categories and will be banned.

According to the proposal, the Ministry for Strategic Affairs will determine and update the list of organizations and bodies around the world deemed hostile to the state of Israel and/or anti-Semitic from time to time.
