A Rishon Letzion resident, 27-year-old Or Sihachi, has been charged with manslaughter after a road accident in which a young girl, Liel Bebler, was killled during the month of May.
Sihachi went through a red light, crashed into another car and then hit two pedestrians on a traffic island and seriously injured Bebler, who died of her injuries.
