An Italian man was sentenced to 24 years in prison for intentionally infecting 30 women out of 53 with HIV.

Valentino Talluto, 33, was diagnosed with HIV in 2006.

The 53 women were not informed of Talluto's diagnosis and he did not take precautions to prevent their infection.
