A protester threw Russian flags at President Trump as he entered the Republican party's Policy Lunch at the Capitol.
The protester also shouted "Trump is treason" as the president passed by.
The man, who was escorted from the scene by Capitol police, identified himself as Ryan Clayton of "Americans Take Action."
The flags are an apparent reference to the multiple investigations going on regarding alleged Russian involvement in Trump's election.
