The Chief Rabbinate sent a complaint to Orli Maman, the Ombudsman of  the Kan broadcasting corporation, regarding a program broadcast last week.

The Rabbinate claimed that the program, "No Man's Land", had presented a 'biased investigation with a clear agenda against the State Kashrut supervision and the Rabbinate, intending to blacken its reputation."

The investigation claimed that some of the kashrut supervisors receive wages but do not perform their duties and highlighted the "private supervision" being promoted recently.
