The Supreme Court has rejected the request of residents of the Nativ Ha'avot neighborhood in the Judean Jewish community to saw up parts of six houses as an alternative to destroying them over a property dispute with Arabs involving a small swath of land.
The demolition is currently scheduled for March. The court had accepted sawing as a solution in the case of the Ulpana apartments in the Samarian Jewish community of Beit El.
