The Ministerial Legislative Committee will discuss Sunday a bill proposed by MK Moti Yogev(Jewish Home) to cease the constitutional revolution and judicial activism of the Supreme Court and to prevent them from cancelling Knesset laws.
The law will allow the courts to inform the government if a law promulgated by the Knesset contradicts a basic law, but not to cancel laws.
