Coalition director David Bitan(Likud) clashed with Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked(Jewish Home) over her refusal to allow a vote in the ministerial legislative committee regarding the proposed bill to prohibit the investigation of an incumbent prime minister.
Bitan charged Shaked with disrupting the work of the coalition. Shaked responded that "this involves a change of a basic law and therefore requires the agreement of all the coalition factions."
