In the coming days a historic circumcision ceremony will take place in the new Jewish medical center in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine, with the participation of local Chabad emissary Rabbi Shmuel Kaminetzki who spearheaded the establishment of the center.
A 90-year-old member of the community will be circumcised in the coming week at the center, with the professional assistance of prominent local doctors.
