Labor party leader Avi Gabbay clarified in a conversation with his colleague MK Hilik Bar what he meant when he said that a peace agreement could be reached without evicting communities from Judea and Samaria.
Gabbay said that he believes that in a future agreement with Palestinians Jews will be allowed to remain under Palestinian sovereignty.
Bar added that most of the residents of these communities would be annexed to Israel but "even though I believe that some residents will have to move after Israel establishes its permanent borders, I believe there are other solutions which could prevent a massive evacuation."
