A driver of a private car was killed in a road accident near Kibbutz Masuot Yitzhak on road 3. MDA teams arriving at the scene declared him dead.
Boaz Sharon, a United Hatzalah paramedic, stated that "when I arrived at the scene I found a harsh scene of a car involved in an accident with a bus. Unfortunately the driver of the car was suffering from multiple wounds and was unconscious and his death was declared on the scene due to the severity of the injuries he had suffered."
