MK Yair Lapid wrote on his Facebook account Thursday "today Egypt received advanced submarines manufactured by the ThyssenKrupp AG company. The Germans would not have sold submarines to Egypt without the approval of the Israeli prime minister.
"Netanyahu owes the Israeli public an explanatioin. What caused him to allow Germany to sell advanced submarines to Egypt without anyone from the Defense Ministry knowing about it?"
