3 people were injured in a head-on collision between Israeli and Palestinian cars on road 90 near Patzael in the Jordan Valley.
Two people are trapped in the Palestinian car and three Israelis were transferred for medical treatment in light to moderate condition.
The road is closed to traffic in both directions.
