Border Police have arrested two 17-year-old residents of the Samarian Palestinian Authority city of Jenin on suspicion of sending a Palestinian Authority resident who was arrested on Sunday in the Samaria Military Court with a pipe bomb hidden in his underwear.
The two were arrested this morning at the entrance to the court, at the point where the would-be bomber was arrested. The reason for their arrival at the place is being investigated.
