Minister Naftali Bennett has congratulated the United States for the statement by envoy Jason Greenblatt on the reconciliation agreement between the Palestinian Authority and Hamas.
Calling it a "clear announcement: A Palestinian government must dismantle terrorist organizations and recognize Israel," the chairman of the Jewish Home Party said, "I stress the position of our government: The state of Israel will not conduct negotiations with a Palestinian government that relies on a terrorist organization until the disarming Hamas, recognition of Israel and the return of the captive civilians and IDF corpses to Israel."
