Netanyahu aide recorded: 'We need NIS 4 billion for security'

Netanyahu's Chief of Staff Yoav Horowitz was recorded asking the JNF to give the state NIS 4 billion for security reasons.

In a recording released by Kan, Horovitz can be heard saying that "The Israeli government, especially the various security forces, concluded that the State of Israel needs an additional NIS 4 billion. And I will talk only about what you all know, including the Iranian threat and the threat in the north - all of these things bring the security forces to need NIS 4 billion".
