Karnei Shomron Mayor Yigal Lahav responded to the EU's condemnation Wednesday of Israel's building policies in Judea and Samaria. "The EU is disconnected," he said. "Those who are connected to what is happening know that despite the far-reaching concessions that Israel made to the Palestinians and despite the destruction of flourishing settlements, the peace process did not progress at all," Lahav said.
