Minister of Culture and Sport Miri Regev (Likud) fired off a letter to new UNESCO head Audrey Azoulay and implored her to rein in the organization's anti-Israel bias.
Regev wrote, "In recent years we have been watching in horror as this important organization has been losing its professional prestige while becoming a tool for anti-Israel propaganda."
