MK Yoel Hasson (Zionist Union) responded to the Knesset Legal Advisor's announcement that a parliamentary committee of inquiry will not be established to examine foreign funding for organizations that operate against the IDF.
"In the coming winter session, the Zionist Union faction will present to the public an agenda that is not focused on spin, political persecution and looking for traitors...the government is busy marking domestic enemies in order to cover up its failures and wanted to establish a scandalous and unconstitutional committee," said Hasson.
"We hope that the government will also choose to abandon the path of extremism and persecution, and will begin to deal with matters that are really vital to Israeli society."
