Attorney Itamar Ben-Gvir said on Tuesday that he will be forced to sue the police if a prominent activist among the so-called hilltop youth of Judea and Samaria is not released from night-time house arrest at his parents' Jerusalem home and continued banishment from Judea and Samaria.
The restrictions were imposed after the expiration of a previous administrative order which included Jerusalem in the banishment.
