The Supreme Planning Council of the Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria is expected to approve today the advancement of thousands of housing units in various stages of planning.
Yesterday, the sub-committee for licensing in the Civil Administration approved a permit to build 31 new housing units in the Judean Jewish community of Hevron.
