The Mifal Hapayis lottery organization has decided to temporarily stop all money transfers to the Umm El-Fahm municipality, following the use of a community sports hall that was funded by the Education Ministry and renovated with funding from the lottery for an event in support for Sheikh Raed Salah, leader of the outlawed northern branch of the Islamic Movement.
