A order was recently issued by the Enforcement and Collection Authority to confiscate 513,000 shekels of PA funds held by the Ministry of Finance.
The order was issued following the refusal of the PA to transfer to collaborators with Israel the costs of the court's ruling against it, after the Jerusalem District Court ruled that the PA tortured, imprisoned and even murdered collaborators with Israel.
