The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is recommending that Israelis traveling in Vietnam refrain from reaching areas between Quang Ngai province and the area to the north, with an emphasis on coastal areas, due to the heavy rains and the strong winds that are expected there as part of a typhoon that is expected to hit the country on Monday.
In other districts there is serious fear of strong winds, thunderstorms, flooding of rivers and mudslides.
