The approval authority in the Ministry of Defense has decided to recognize Reuven (Moti) Shmerling, who was murdered on the eve of the last Sukkot holiday in Kafr Kassem as a terror victim under the Compensation for Victims of Hostile Acts Law.
The decision was made on the basis of the findings of the Shin Bet security service.
