The government approved Sunday the proposal by Justice Minister Shaked and Tourism Minister Yariv Levin to include deputy director-generals in government ministries as trust-based appointments of the director-general.
The proposal states that every director-general with more than 150 workers will be allowed to appoint his deputies without a tender.
