The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed one challenge to President Donald Trump’s travel ban.
The court said the case the International Refugee Assistance Project brought against the ban is now moot, since Trump’s order banning national from six-majority Muslim countries expired on September 24, noted The Hill.
