Public Safety Minister Gilad Erdan says in an interview with Radio Darom regarding Member of Knesset Ahmad Tibi (Joint List) that "a Knesset member is not supposed to act like a criminal."
Following Erdan's complaint to the Knesset Ethics Committee on Tibi's going up to the Temple Mount during the recent magnetometer crisis, the Likud lawmaker said, "Arab MKs behave like criminals and their public needs to see this as well as the Supreme Court, because the next time we ask for the disqualification of the Joint List or its Knesset members, the accumulation of complaints will have more influence."
