The offical value of the shekel rose an average of .238 percent on Monday in mixed trading against the other featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.

The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.51, down .284 percent from Friday, while the Euro rose .109 percent to 4.12 shekels and the pound sterling was set at 4.6044 shekels, up .133 percent.
